MAKE LASTING CHANGE IN YOUR COMMUNITY

Fight the region’s most daunting challenges by becoming a member of the United Way Tocqueville Society, a giving society made up of philanthropic leaders who contribute $10,000 or more annually.

Named after French philosopher Alexis de Tocqueville, the society encapsulates Tocqueville’s observation during a visit to America that many people were willing to make real sacrifices to help others. Tocqueville Society members give generously so that people in need will have better lives now and in generations to come.

When you join the Tocqueville Society, you will be a true partner in our efforts to create permanent changes in the community. We’ll work together to implement solutions to existing and emerging problems in our region.

For more information about joining the United Way Tocqueville Society, please contact Jody Athanasiou at 978-345-1577, Ext. 306 or jody@uwncm.org

The United Way of North Central Massachusetts’ Alexis de Tocqueville Society was founded in the fall of 1996. The society started with just two members and has now grown to have 36 members.
