HOPE for Kids - Serves "at risk" children in Grades 2-12 after school during the school year and in the summer. The mission is to counteract violence and promote peace is at the heart of the program activities to prevent school dropout and violence through holistic tutoring, mentoring, promoting leadership and fostering of individuals strengths. |

Passages/Transition to Independent Living - A complementary set of services designed to empower older adolescents and young adults (ages 16- 24) to reach their fullest potential. Youth receive intensive case management, including assistance with housing, linkages to area resources, educational and vocational referrals. Also includes education and group support for young parents. |

Teen Center - Through drop-in hours, homework help, structured activities and community service projects, this program contributes to the physical, psychological and academic needs of our middle and high school youth by offering them a safe and healthy environment, positive role models, a sense of belonging and opportunities to develop social skills and leadership abilities. |

Project Contact - Provides a positive summer camp experience for those who would not otherwise have one. Children learn to be the best they can be and to enjoy the experiential learning experience. Includes physical activity, socialization exercises, games and arts and crafts. |

Community Response to Sexual Assault - Adolescent centered sexual assault education/prevention services. Services are designed to provide specialized services to specific populations including middle school, high school , and college-aged teens from all cultures. The overall goal is to change social norms within communities to reduce the perpetration of sexual assault across the lifespan. |

"Time Out" for Youth" - A three fold Summer Youth Program; A summer feeding program providing (free of charge) breakfast and lunch for children ages 0-18 without discrimination. Also includes an educational component and a mentoring component for children 13 and up where they learn life skills, such as, communication, leadership, responsibility, working with peers, social skills and following directions. |

Crossroads - Provides homework help, tutoring assistance, skill building and health education to Leominster youth between the ages of 12 and 18. Designed to help youth build better social integrative skills while improving and maintaining their academic performance facilitating staying enrolled in school, as well as Health education program components. |

Parent & Youth Outreach Project - Intensive individual and family-based support and educational programs, event organizing and ongoing implementation of positive after school events at the Elm Street Church and the Wachusett Boxing Club. Fosters the development of personal leadership plans in partnership with a positive adult role model. |

Community Services Center - Neighborhood-based drop-in center located in downtown Fitchburg focusing primarily on HIV prevention/education, HIV counseling and testing as well as substance abuse treatment readiness and other referral services. |

Crisis Counseling - Provides comprehensive services for victims of domestic violence to include emergency food and shelter, counseling, referral services and at risk outreach. |

Bridging the Gap - Intensive family & community based program addressing the multiple determinants of emerging antisocial behaviors in first time juvenile offenders. A 12 week education-based curriculum, with a one-year formal follow up period. Collaboration with area schools, DSS and the Police Departments. |

Basic Life Skills/Emergency Assistance - Provides material assistance as needed for area families and individuals struggling to sustain the cost of daily necessities to include homelessness, utility shutoffs, lack of medical resources or other crises. |

Fellowship Table - Provides weekly, free, nutritious balanced meal for individuals in need in a safe (emotional and physical) environment. Promotes socialization and outreach. |

Comprehensive Emergency Assistance - Provides emergency assistance for persons in need, regardless of age, creed, race, sex. Help with emergency food assistance, rental/mortgage, utility assistance, emergency disaster services, camp experiences, Seasonal assistance (Christmas and Thanksgiving), referrals, clothing and furniture and Christmas meals. |

The majority of clients are elders with low vision as a result of age-related eye disease who need support, training, and new skills to do everyday activities. |

Advocates on behalf of clients when language, fear, lack of self confidence, and other barriers prevent individuals from being self advocates. |

Volunteer Companion/Escort - Provides services to frail homebound community elders and disabled adults to enable them to continue living independently in their home through a range of services including; companionship, respite for caregivers, escort on medical appointments, shopping assistance, S.H.I.N.E. (serving Health Information Needs of Elders) counseling and phone reassurance. |

Generations LINKED -Provides opportunities, within their own communities, for school children and the elderly to create enriching relationships. The children gain positive role models and learn the value of volunteering. The seniors are invigorated by the social interaction. |

Helping Ourselves - An English language literacy program for native Spanish speakers, many of whom are recent arrivals in the U.S. Divided into Beginner, and Intermediate sections, the program runs for nine months. Former students act as mentors and assistants to foster their own confidence building. |
